The File

Ye's crisis began before the Mar-a-Lago dinner, but the Mar-a-Lago dinner converted a celebrity antisemitism scandal into a national political access scandal. That is the central fact. The record shows Ye as an exploitable high-reach celebrity vector, not a proven intentional political operator.

The documented timeline moves through six phases: October 2022 antisemitic rupture, November 2022 political-handler attachment, December 2022 maximal public Nazi praise and platform suspension, 2023 partial retreat, 2024 independent Yeezy and Vultures business conflicts, and the 2025 second descent into monetized Nazi imagery followed by a 2026 full-page apology.

The file's value is proximity and amplification. Yiannopoulos and Fuentes did not create Ye's antisemitism. The record shows that Ye was already publicly antisemitic before they attached. Their significance is that the public escalation occurred during periods of documented proximity to far-right political operatives, campaign handlers, and extremist-adjacent media platforms.

What the Record Does Not Establish

The record does not establish that Ye was a witting political operator. It does not establish that Yiannopoulos, Fuentes, or any other handler caused Ye's antisemitism. It does not establish that every recurrence was strategic. It does not establish that medical explanations are false. The record establishes public conduct, business fallout, proximity, platforming, and repeated retreat-and-escalation cycles.

The strongest rival explanation is celebrity instability, mental illness, grievance, substance or medical issues, and unmanaged business collapse. That explanation accounts for much of the public record. The operational relevance is that unstable high-reach celebrity behavior can still be exploited by political actors even when the celebrity is not acting under direction.
