The Groyper record is defined by contradiction: public rigid traditionalism paired with private or semi-private irony, taboo aesthetics, sexualized humiliation, femboy and catboy motifs, and recurrent allegations of behavior that contradicts the public moral code. That contradiction is not incidental. It is part of the subculture's leverage structure.
The most documented public example is the Catboy Kami phenomenon. Tor Gustafsson Brookes, known online as Catboy Kami, moved from Australian shock-streaming into the U.S. far-right orbit and was documented around high-profile white nationalist figures. The record shows how shock humor, racial abuse, child-targeting stunts, irony, and streamer culture can carry extremist payloads while preserving plausible deniability.
The file does not prove that every Groyper is compromised, closeted, coerced, or directed. It establishes a subculture where public purity codes and private irony-poisoned conduct generate shame, doxing risk, internal control, and external vulnerability. That makes the movement structurally exploitable even when no individual handler is proved.

What the Record Does Not Establish
The record does not establish that every Groyper participant shares the same private conduct. It does not establish that Fuentes personally directed every subcultural behavior attributed to the movement. It does not establish that Catboy Kami represents all Groypers. It does not establish that Tyler Robinson was formally acting on behalf of a Groyper organization. It does not establish that transgender identity is a statistically dominant driver of mass shootings.
The strongest rival explanation is internet youth subculture rather than operational compromise. Under that explanation, much of the catboy, femboy, furry, and sexualized banter is irony, trolling, attention-seeking, and adolescent boundary-pushing. The structural problem remains that irony can become a recruitment path, and contradiction between public doctrine and private behavior can become leverage.
